All new signups start at the lowest cost plan. As your needs grow or shrink, the automated
Shanje billing system will charge you based on your actual usage. The billing system automatically
upgrades and downgrades your plan based on actual usage stats, so you will always be charged for the lowest price plan
that meets your needs. There is no charge for switching between various plans, and the plan upgrading/downgrading is done automatically,
so it requires no effort on your part.
You do not have to worry about adding
various option or features to existing plans. Every plan includes all of the features that Shanje offers. There are no hidden
costs or additional setup fees. Using the Shanje.NET Web Control Panel, you can add or remove websites, databases, and email
accounts as needed at no additional charge.
On the first of each month, our billing system looks at your account to determine
which plan your account should be in based on the number of websites in your account, the total disk space used by your account,
and the amount of bandwidth used by your account during the previous month. You can track this usage through the web control panel.
The billing system will always set your plan to the lowest cost plan
that fits your needs. This simple, straightforward approach helps keep your monthly hosting costs as low as possible.
As soon as the monthly rate is computed, the billing system attempts to bill the credit card you have on file with Shanje.
If your credit card details are decined for any reason, you will be notified via email and within the Shanje.NET Web Control
Panel. You can update your credit card details at any time through the Shanje.NET Web Control Panel.
You can close your account at any time through our web control panel. It is easy to close an account. Simply log into the
Shanje.NET Web Control Panel and then click on Close Account. You will be prompted with an "Are you sure" question. Simply
select "Yes, I do want to close my account" and then click the Close Shanje Account button. This will remove your account and
purge your billing details from our billing system, so you will not be billed again by Shanje. Closed accounts are not entitled
to any refund for "unused" days remaining in that month.
